Our London process servers will make up to 3 attendances at an address on our fixed fee service. We will attend at a time when we are most likely to meet with the respondent, including evenings and weekends. 

Once the documents are served, we will provide you with a report and our proof of service (i.e. Certificate of Service or Affidavit of service). We have a very high success rate in personally serving documents but where the situation dictates, we gather evidence to support any application for ‘substituted service’ or ‘deemed service’ where appropriate.
